This workshop introduces an integral approach that involves movement, meditation, and mind/body practices, leading you on a far-reaching journey to realize your inborn genius. In this workshop, you will learn about:
• Listening to the body as a wise teacher
• Effective affirmations to create healthy changes in your life
• The ITP Kata, a 40-minute integration of physical, mental, and spiritual exercises
• Powerful techniques for living a balanced and centered life
• Methods for effective communication with yourself and others

Registration for the introductory session is $10.
The weekend workshop is $195

LET Manual:
The eagerly awaited manual written on Leonard
Energy Training by George Leonard and Joel Kirsch
was released at the ITPI conference May 17th and 18th. This manual is a compilation
of decades of practice and guides practitioners
in LET exercises and philosophy.
The LET manual is scheduled to be available for purchase on this web site in mid June. Check back for details.

ITP San Francisco Open Session
ITP/SF is holding an open session ITP group on July 7 at 7pm. We'll
do the Kata together with some instruction for those who're
new-comers. Following this we'll do some basic LET and finish with a
discussion/chance to get to know each other.
The cost of this evening
is $10. The group will meet at 4521-20th Street in SF.

ITP Columbus Open Sessions
Integral Transformative Practice Columbus will host open sessions all summer long at our usual location, The Aikido School of Central Ohio, 4554 Indianola Avenue in north Columbus. Here is a link to their web site. Scroll down to find the link to the map.

Beginning Thursday, June 12 through August 28, we will meet every Thursday (except July 3) from 6:30-7:45pm. We will do the ITP kata so please wear loose, comfortable clothing and a bring a cushion to sit on. The fee is $5.00 per session. Note: There will be no class on July 3.
These informal sessions are a great way to experience the practice in a group setting. We will begin our next regular practice cycle in September when we will close to new members until the following May. We invite you to join us in this transforming adventure.
