ITP International announces publication of the history-making:

Leonard Energy Training (LET) Manual

ITP International announces the publication of the eagerly awaited Leonard Energy Training (LET) manual. The manual, written by George Leonard and Joel Kirsch, is a compilation of decades of practice, and provides a complete guide to LET exercises and philosophy.

Buy the LET Manual today>

Originally inspired by aikido, LET is a body-centered method which teaches practical ways of dealing with everyday life situations, while enhancing the flow of vital energy.

Over the past thirty years, LET has been presented to some 40,000 people, and applied to such diverse fields as education, psychotherapy, sexuality, sports, therapy, drug abuse prevention, health and wellness, ballet, management, human resource development and personal growth. From a filmmaker to an airline captain, from ballet dancers to Silicon Valley executives, participants in LET exercises report insights and immediate applications to particular professions as well as to day-to-day living.

“This is important work not only for improving the lives of individuals, but for the betterment of the world,” said Pam Kramer, President of ITP International. “LET offers a simple, humanistic philosophy, based on non-violence and understanding. It helps practitioners feel their way into alternative ways of responding to difficult situations, as well as helping them to realize their goals and achieve a calmer, more centered way of being. We hope people will buy this manual and use it to improve their lives, and the world we live in.”
